615 Epoxy & Seal uses a two-day process so the floor can be properly profiled, repaired, sealed with a moisture vapor barrier when needed, broadcast with flake, and finished with a durable topcoat. That extra time gives the system a stronger foundation and helps prevent the peeling, bubbling, and bond failures that rushed installs can leave behind.
How it works

After the base has had time to set, we scrape and clean the flake, then apply the protective polyaspartic topcoat that gives the floor its finished look, durability, and cleanability.

Instead of rushing prep, basecoat, broadcast, and topcoat into one visit, we can focus on the foundation first: grinding the concrete, repairing problem areas, controlling moisture when needed, and letting the system set before the final protective coat goes down.
